Open Door Policy
Calstone has an open-door policy, meaning that it promotes a work environment that encourages open and honest communication between employees and management. The company provides a variety of ways for employees to voice their concerns, make suggestions, and provide feedback in both public and private forums where employees can identify themselves or remain completely anonymous. The company believes that open discussion and collaboration based upon mutual respect is the best way to resolve issues when they arise in the workplace.
Orientation and Training
To help employees become familiar with the Company and our way of doing things, the Company will provide an orientation and training session on the first day a new employee reports to work. Some of the content of the session will depend in large part on the nature of the position, while other parts will be applicable to all employees. In addition, the Company may periodically offer additional training or educational programs.
Staff can apply for positions and or training to move around the organization and broaden their portfolio.

Calstone uses an HR platform called Bamboo which allows staff to monitor all their personal information through an App This App is completely confidential and allows staff to monitor their vacation and time off requests, all pertinent documentation, mid and final year reviews, certificates, training, etc. BambooHR has been a vital addition to our company and our communication with our team members.
