Calstone has experience machining Cold Rolled and Galvanized Steel. Using only top-quality materials, combined with highly skilled staff and state of the art equipment, there is no limit to the types of products we can produce.

Cold Rolled Steel

Calstone can accommodate sheet sizes up to 60” x 120”.

We work with the following gauges:

10 gauge through to 24 gauge

Galvanized Steel:

Calstone can accommodate sheet sizes up to 60” x 120”.

We work with the following gauges:

12 gauge through to 18 gauge

Tubing

With investments in new technology and alliance with strategic partners, Calstone can accommodate round, square, and rectangular tubing production cut, formed and lasered to meet your requirements.

Paint Finishes

We have a variety of standard paint colours but can colour match anything to meet your requirements. Powder coating is a multi-step surface finishing process that provides a high-quality, lasting finish on your metal products. Our professional and highly skilled team makes sure the finish is of superior quality.

Laminate Tops

Our tops are made from High pressure laminate bonded to a 1-1/8”thick particleboard (45 lbs density) core and sealed with a balancing backing sheet. We use the full spectrum of Wilsonart laminate colours.

Edging

Our tops are finished with a vinyl T-mold edge. Self edge and a solid bullnose edge are also options.

Plastics and other polymers

Calstone’s investment in technology with our high-performance CNC machines can accommodate our customers machined plastic requirements.

Our experience with Clear Acrylic (Plexiglass), Polycarbonate, HDPE, and clear vinyl gives us a wide range of capabilities from countertops to social distancing barriers.
